Third Annual Performance

The Gold Hill Hotel announces the third annual performance by Blue Jasmine of “Those Were The Days - Jazz At Its Best”, produced and directed by Linda Merrell-Arnn.
Those Were The Days will be performed on August 5th and 6th 2011 from 7 to 9 pm in the Great Room of the Gold Hill Hotel.
This is a dinner show that includes a four course gourmet meal.  The Blue Jasmine group features local jazz legends Linda Merrell (vocals), Peter Supersano (piano), Rocky Taterelli (sax) and Phil Jerome(bass and trombone), who are all well known throughout the jazz community from New York City to the West Coast.
These four artist have come together to create one of the best jazz groups in Northern Nevada, performing classic jazz from the 1930s, 40s, and 50’s. Those Were The Days includes a special tribute to Rosemary Clooney, one of the greatest pop and jazz artists of all time.
The show also adds the talents of Perry Marshall Arnn, Suzanne Crawford, and John Schafer. The Gold Hill Hotel is located at 1540 Main Street, just one mile south of Virginia City on Highway 342 in Gold Hill, Nevada. The hotel, established in 1861, is the oldest operating hotel in the state and is credited with many quality productions over the last 25 years.
Dinner and show are $45 per person plus tip and tax or $15 for show only.
